Title: Evelyn's Chicken Oahu

3lbChicken
1/4cAll-purpose flour
1/2tsPaprika
1/2tsSalt
 dsOf pepper
1/4cOil
4cHerb seasoned stuffing
  Cubes
8 1/2ozCan crushed pineapple
  OAHU SAUCE:
1 1/2cFinely chopped celery
1/2cChopped onion
1/2cWater
2tbFinely chopped green pepper
10 3/4ozCan condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2cSour cream
1tbSoy sauce

Flour, salt, pepper and paprika chicken and brown in oil. In crockery cooker, combine stuffing cubes and undrained pineapple; place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low heat for 6 hours. Remove chicken. Spoon Oahu Sauce on top. Put stuffing in bowl.

OAHU SAUCE: Combine ingredients in saucepan. Simmer until tneder, 12 to 15 minutes. Add soup, sour cream and soy sauce; heat thoroughly but do not boil. Makes 3 cups of sauce.
